1 . Financial Holds

This financial hold is placed on your account if there is less than $199 past due.
Cashier's Financial Hold
This financial hold is placed on your account if there is more than $199 past due. This hold will prevent you from all services including registering for classes, ordering parking permits, applying for graduation, and preventing pending financial aid from disbursing.
When Holds are Removed.
Financial holds that have been resolved will be removed from the student account every odd-half-hour 24 hours a day (e.g. 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, etc.). Please wait until this time after you have made a payment to see that the hold has been lifted.
2 . Enrollment Agreement Hold
For information on how to remove this hold, visit the Student Center Guide. The Intent to Enroll Hold must be cleared every semester. Once you have completed the requirements, the hold will be immediately lifted.
3 . Immunization Records Holds
A registration hold will be placed on your account unless the health center has copies of your immunization records. Please visit the immunization website to find all immunization requirements. Failure to submit the requested records will prevent you from all services including registering for classes, requesting transcripts, ordering parking permits, applying for graduation, and preventing pending financial aid from disbursing.
4 . Mandatory Advising Hold
All continuing students must meet with their academic advisor before they register to get advice on their academic progress and to discuss schedule plans for the coming terms. The mandatory advising hold can only be removed by your advisor. Failure to do so will prevent you from all services including registering for classes, requesting transcripts, ordering parking permits, applying for graduation, and preventing pending financial aid from disbursing.
5 . Admissions Hold
If you have not provided transcripts from another institution, you will have a hold placed on your student account. Failure to provide the requested documentation will prevent you from all services including registering for classes, requesting transcripts, ordering parking permits, applying for graduation, and preventing pending financial aid from disbursing.
