OrgSync is used to keep track of HSU's Clubs & Organizations. This will take you to the main page where you must log in to see your club’s information. All students have access to OrgSync by signing on with their HSU ID. If you are logged into a computer on campus, you can automatically be logged in with Single-Sign-On.

If your club is hosting any type of event, including a fundraiser, it is necessary to submit an Event Request through your club's portal. All events must receive approval from the Clubs & Activities office before occurring. Club members will need to attend a cash handling training before running the fundraiser. Fundraising activities must also receive approval from the Club Financial Coordinator before hosting the event.

Authorization to Travel

If any club members wish to utilize club funds to reimburse expenses from travelling, you will first need all members to complete an authorization for travel. Please note that authorization for travel must receive approval before your trip, and reimbursements are filed after the trip.

Granting Email Account Access

Every club has a general email account managed by the Clubs & Activities Office. This email account helps the club maintain information between leadership transitions. The email also receives recurring reports on the club's finances. This OrgSync form must be filled out by the club president in order to grant access to other club leaders or members.
