***Updated refund process for Spring 2020 Student Parking Permits***

Refunds for all student spring parking permits will be automatically processed through your student account. You will not have to submit a request form. For faster refunds, please make sure you are signed up for direct deposit on your Student Center. (We do not want a paper check to get lost in the mail). If you have an outstanding balance due on your student account, the parking refund will apply to those charges first.
The spring parking permit will be refunded at 50% of the face value. The student parking permit value is $157.50 per semester, so your refund will be $78.50.

***Refund process for Spring 2020 Staff & Faculty Parking Permits***

To receive a refund of your staff or faculty spring parking permit, please complete the “Request for Refund” form, include the parking permit, and mail the documents to the HSU Cashier’s Office. Employees will receive a 25% refund on the face value of the purchase price of your permit based on your bargaining unit price. Refund checks will be mail to the address included on the request form. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
